Rocky Mountain District Event at National Youth Gathering

On Friday, June 27, over 500 youth from the Rocky Mountain District will be attending the district event at Islands of Adventure. Youth groups should wear their district t-shirts to the park. Be on the look out for other youth and leaders wearing green shirts. Shirts and tickets have been ordered and they will be delivered by mid-July. If you have any questions about the district event or t-shirts, please contact Wendy or JoAnn.

Free Luggage Tags from LCEF

The Lutheran Church Extension Fund is making free luggage tags for all of the youth and leaders from our district attending the gathering. Each participant will receive 3 luggage tags - one for your suitcase, one for carry on, and one for your gathering backpack. Please order your luggage tags by July 12 to ensure delivery before the gathering. You can order your luggage tags by sending an email to Laura and giving her the name, address, and phone number of everyone in your group.

Youth Group Photos

We are still asking that your youth group send us snapshots of you in action as you are fundraising, sharing Bible study, or during any other fellowship times. The photos will be used at our booth at the Gathering and will be returned to you afterwards. Mail photos to either one of us. Please include a self addressed envelope for return and MARK your pictures on the back.
