Volunteers
LCEF is able to make low-cost loans to LCMS congregations, schools, organizations, and rostered church workers because of the faithful men and women who invest their savings in LCEF.
We rely heavily on our volunteers to get the word out about LCEF investment opportunities and to encourage LCMS members to invest in LCEF.
If your congregation does not have an LCEF congregation representative, please consider finding someone to fill the role. If you have questions about volunteering for LCEF, please contact Laura Raben at (303)695-8001. Below is a description of the congregation rep’s role.
An LCEF Congregational Rep is:
- A visible, local LCEF presence in his/her own congregation.
An LCEF Congregational Rep’s role is to:
- Raise congregational awareness of the importance of the ministry of the Lutheran Church Extension Fund.
- Inform people of the various opportunities for investing in, giving to, or giving through LCEF.
