Services:
Architectural Advisory Committee
LCEF's Architectural Advisory Committee helps LCMS ministries plan, build, remodel church buildings, schools, or other church structures. A team of architects and artistic professionals advises on planning, master planning, design, construction, maintenance, and preservation of facilities.
Capital Funding Services
Whatever your capital campaign stewardship needs: building renovations, new construction, debt reduction or retirement, ministry enhancement, new mission start, or relocation... LCEF's Capital Funding Services has the experienced consultants and financial experts to make your vision a reality.
Demographics
Do you know your mission field? LCEF’s Demographic Services offers your congregation or organization up-to-date population data and resources to help you understand and reach the households in your surrounding community.
Gift Planning
Gift Planning Services is a ministry of LCEF that further addresses stewardship and desires of its thousands of investors and supporters. We believe that those connected with LCEF wish to strengthen and expand the church—in essence, to make a difference. As a manner of practicing Spiritually Responsible Stewardship, LCEF is now providing the investor or supporter the opportunity to offer a gift.
Joyful Response
Joyful Response is a free, electronic stewardship program offered to the organizations and members of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod allowing the easy and convenient method of electronic deposits of offerings, tuition payments, and donations.
Laborers for Christ
Laborers For Christ is an organized group of dedicated Christian men and women who volunteer a portion of their retirement time to work for LCMS congregations, schools, and social ministry organizations that undertake the construction of their own buildings.
Strategic Ministry Planning
Strategic Ministry Planning (SMP) is a fully participatory planning process, asking God to reveal His calling and plan for you and your congregation. SMP is different from other planning programs in that it is: designed for Lutherans by Lutherans, grounded in the Word and bounded by LCMS doctrine, and a faith-based process.

Introducing Consecrated Stewards
Consecrated Stewards
Consecrated Stewards is a new stewardship ministry service for LCMS congregations from LCEF’s Capital Funding Service. It is founded on our Lutheran understanding of biblical stewardship principles and is based on the need of the giver to give; not the church to receive.
Consecrated Stewards uses a trained guest leader to lead a congregation through the process. In the Rocky Mountain District we have 7 trained guest leaders who are ready to work with congregations.
The process takes eight weeks to complete. (Four weeks of preparation and four weeks of emphasis) Congregations who have already completed Consecrated Stewards have reported an increase in annual commitments of 15%-35%.
If your congregation is interested in Consecrated Stewards, please contact Gary Johnson.
